The App is strictly for business use by verified Netpap CRM users.
2. Eligibility
To use this App, you must:
- Be a registered and authorized user of the Netpap CRM platform.
- Have an active SIM card with an SMS plan to send messages.
- Comply with all applicable telecommunications and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
3. License and Usage Rights
Netpap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the App solely for your business operations with Netpap CRM.
- Access Netpap’s socket services for receiving authorized SMS content.
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or copy the App’s source code.
- Use the App for any unauthorized messaging or marketing campaigns.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Ensure that all SMS messages sent via your SIM comply with customer consent and local telecom regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your device and CRM login credentials.
- Bear all SMS costs charged by your mobile service provider.
Netpap is not responsible for any charges, service fees, or penalties arising from misuse or unauthorized messaging.
