Netpap Global (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the NetPapSynch mobile application (“the App”). The App securely receives SMS instructions from the NetPap CRM system and sends those messages through the device’s SIM card. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
SMS Permissions
The App requests SMS-related permissions only for the following purposes:
- Sending SMS messages received from your NetPap CRM account.
- Optionally checking the delivery status of outgoing messages.
The App does NOT:
- Read your personal SMS messages
- Access incoming SMS
- Store any SMS content
Device Information
We may collect limited technical information, including:
- A randomly generated device identifier
- App version
- Connection status to NetPap CRM
CRM Authentication
The App connects to NetPap CRM through a secure, authenticated socket.
We do not store your CRM password on any external servers.
2. How We Use the Information
We use collected data solely for:
- Sending CRM-requested SMS through your device’s SIM card
- Maintaining and monitoring the secure connection
- Improving app reliability and performance
We do not use your data for advertising or analytics purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
- SMS content sent from crm is deleted after 30 days.
- All CRM communications are encrypted.
- We implement industry-standard security practices to protect against unauthorized access.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
Data may only be shared:
- If required by law
- To maintain secure communication with NetPap CRM
5. Third-Party Services
The App interacts only with:
- Your device’s SMS system
- NetPap CRM through a private, authenticated connection
No advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or analytics tools are used.
6. User Rights
Users may:
- Revoke SMS permissions at any time
- Request deletion of locally stored data
- Uninstall the App to remove all data from the device
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
